As the official school of Boston Ballet, and under the direction of Mikko Nissinen, Boston Ballet School promotes excellence and access to the art form of ballet through dance education with a goal of inspiring a life-long love of dance in every student. Located at the corner of Warren Avenue and Clarendon Street, this 60,000 square foot, air-conditioned facility features seven fully equipped dance studios, and male and female dressing rooms.

As the headquarters of Boston Ballet, the building houses physical therapy and weight rooms, dressing rooms for Boston Ballet dancers, administrative offices, and the Boston Ballet Box Office. Boston Ballet has 15 various sized studio spaces that are available for rent. Some studios can also function as a performance space with additional lighting, seating, and sound system capabilities.
